BERNCASTLER DOCTOR RIESLING AUSLESE FRUITSWEET
The grapes of the noble sweet Auslese and Beerenauslese are harvested very late and selectively. They often show fine botrytis notes, which are due to the raisin-like shriveled grapes. The wines are concentrated, well structured and noble.
