Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 12 months in oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle
Tasting notes:
Deep ruby colour. Rich harmonic varietal aroma, with tones of black fruit, plums, blackberries, balsamic herbs, and vanilla. Full spicy fruity taste, with velvety tannic structure, and a long aftertaste
Potential:
Ready to drink, but recommended for further aging of 5 or more years

Haute Cuisine prepared from fried or stewed meat, poultry and game
