Vinification:
Produced from grapes which have naturally frozen on the vine, harvested in late fall or winter when the temperature has dropped below –80С, yielding a must which is high in sugar. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation stopped by cold temperature.
Tasting notes:
Rich golden color. Bright aroma typical of late-harvest, with dominant notes of honey, citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and candied citrus peel.
Harmonic fruity taste with refreshing acidity, natural tropical sweetness, and mineral notes in the long aftertaste
Potential:
ready to drink, but will have interesting
development with further aging of 3-5 years
Gastronomic recommendations:
excellent sweet aperitif, or with a wide range of deserts
