Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 12 months in oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle
Tasting notes:
Ruby colour. Elegant varietal aroma, with tones of violets, ripe cherries, cherry jam, balsamic herbs, chocolate, leather, and light spiciness. Full spicy fruity taste, with velvety tannins, and a long aftertaste marked by a light pepper note of the terroir. Ready to drink, but recommended for further aging of 5 or more years
