Dry white wine from the Alma Valley region

Vinification:
Partial cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, partial fermentation in oak barrels with aging on lees, followed by minimum 3 months aging in the bottle
Tasting notes:
Golden colour with reddish sparkle. Full aroma with tones of ripe yellow plums, apples, and tropical fruits, as well as vanilla and cream notes. Clean fruity creamy taste, with moderate acidity and light spiciness in the aftertaste
Potential:
Ready to drink, but recommended for further aging of 2-3 years
Gastronomic recommendations:
A wide range of dishes prepared from fish, seafood, or white meat
Serving temperature:
9-12С.
