Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 12 months in oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle
Tasting notes:
Blackish ruby colour. Delicate varietal aroma with tones of violets, ripe black berries, chocolate, leather, and light spiciness, as well as the tones of dried balsamic herbs typical of the wines of the steppes of western Crimea. Full fresh fruity taste, with velvety tannins. The style of the wine combines a full body and refined elegance

Ready to drink, but recommended for further aging of 5 or more years
