LEITZGEN ELBLING Brut
The Elbling Sekt is a rarity on the Moselle and one of the oldest grape varieties.
In total, less than 500 hectares of Elbling grapes are grown on the Moselle.
Through targeted yield reduction and modern vinification, the Elbling becomes a very special wine. After the second fermentation, the Elbling then receives its individual flavor brut, which unfolds into perfect harmony for the connoisseur.
After fermentation is complete, our Elbling Sekt matures on the fine yeast for at least 12 months.
