The wine is garnet in colour with ruby highlights. 
The bouquet is woven from notes of plum, chocolate suede, complemented with hints of vanilla, dogwood and blackthorn. 
The taste is full, velvety, with strong hints of dried pears, milk cream, Morocco and Constantinople mulberry. 
"Dr. Black Sun Valley" - wine with juicy acidity, but thanks to two years of age "in oak", soft and harmonious. 
At the finish, there are shades of cocoa and cream. 

Grape varieties:
Ekim Kara, Kara, Cevat, Kefesiya. Age of vines more than 35 years.

Present and Store:
Recommended to store at 16-18 ° C
for dark chocolate, Profitroles, fruit salad, vanilla ice cream, as well as pistachio and blue cheese. 
This wine is a good complement with a best cigar.

Aging:
In oak barrels for at least 24 months.

16% vol.
